Check-out instructions
The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
- Load the dishwasher
- Strip any used beds and gather used towels
- Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
- Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Trash pickup runs on Thursday mornings, Please ensure container is at the curb prior to 5:00am
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
